3493744 - KPI Count Issue on Home Page Tile

Symptom

KPIs on the Home Page Tile show values rounded of to 1000's (K) instead of exact value.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login to C4C -> Home Page

2. Check for KPI tiles (preferable the ones containing a larger number)

3. Notice that when displayed the value is showed in "k" dimension (20,08k instead of 20,08,564)

Cause

KPI Tiles, Kanbans etc. on home page are provided for overall visualization purpose and are structured to show numerals like "k" which would basically show the rounded figure and not the precise one.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior.
