You receive an incoming call via Live Activity center, but notice that there is no ringing sound/tone for the call to alert you about the call.

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications
Reproducing the Issue
- Simulate a call using CTI adaptor.
- You notice that there is no ringing tone for the incoming call.
Cause
From standard live activity functionality, we do not provide any ringing tone/sound for an incoming call.
Resolution
This is current system expected behavior.
