SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3493906 - Production Orders are not integrated to DM when releasing on OnPrem ERP side using LOIPRO04 IDoc.

Symptom

When releasing Production Orders from S/4HANA OnPrem ERP to DM using LOIPRO04 IDoc, the following error message is observed on Cloud Integration Tenant for ShopOrder LOIPRO04 process request Artifact:

  • "org.apache.camel.component.ahc.AhcOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking https://dm-prod-prod-dme-integration-ms.cfapps.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/erp/productionOrder/handler with statusCode: 503"

When checking the logs for the same failed Artifact, the following is observed:
