Symptom
Import ERP connection in SAC fails with error message 'Unable to connect to <system>. Ensure that the connection details are correct.'
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud version 2024.8.16
Connection - Import to ERP
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to SAC.
- From the side navigation, choose Connections -> Add Connection.
- Select SAP ERP.
- Click on Create.
Notice that it fails with error message 'Unable to connect to <system>. Ensure that the connection details are correct.'
Resolution
IP address needs to be whitelisted in client network.
