How does the sunsetting of the Neo environment impact customers using SAP Cloud Integration for data services?

SAP Cloud Integration for data services consists of two major components:

  1. The Data Services Agent, which requires a user site on-premise installation to interface with your business data.
  2. The Server component in the cloud, which interacts with users to create design-time ETL artifacts for data movement including transformation and scheduling of data loads to and from on-premise/cloud systems.

This Server component runs on SAP BTP, Neo environment and we plan to migrate to SAP BTP Multi-Cloud, Kyma Environment in order to run on popular hyperscalers, with minimal configuration changes to the on-premise Agent component.
