This article explains how to mass download or mass export attachments from forms.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

There are several options.

1. Use Odata API to download attachments per module. This is applicable for many modules for example performance, 360, goal, compensation, etc. For more details please refer to the guide link.
2. Download each attachment individually from the forms.
3. Download the attachments from the tool "Manage document". You can also download them in bulk.
