3494116 - Message "Your user does not have a BI license in this tenant..." occurs when connecting Datasphere in SAC Add-in for Excel

Symptom

In SAC Add-in for Excel, after logging into Datasphere tenant, following error message is displayed:
"Your user does not have a BI license in this tenant. Please check with your administrator or use an SAP Analytics Cloud tenant where you have a BI license. Note that you can’t continue to use the add-in without a BI license." 

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental".
