3494141 - Error "Object failed to run due to insufficient security privileges" when scheduling a report in a custom application

Symptom

When scheduling a report (Crystal or Webi) in a custom application while specifying a server group, you get the error:

"Object failed to run due to insufficient security privileges"

In addition, the infoobject property SI_SCHEDULING_INFO.SI_MACHINE_USED of the failed instance shows as blank.
