3494142 - Could not download artifact error in build with Telco - SAP Commerce Cloud

Symptom

When creating a build it fails with log message equal or similar to the following ones:

  • INFO d.h.c.a.s.RemoteMavenOrBlobArtifactSupplier [main] Validating artifact Id de.hybris.platform:hybris-b2ctelco-suite:2302.7@zip
  • Exception in thread "main" de.hybris.ccv2.BuilderException: Could not download artifact
  • Caused by: de.hybris.ccv2.repository.ArtifactsRepositoryException: Artifact de.hybris.platform:hybris-b2ctelco-suite:2302.7@zip not found.
