3494329 - What Timestamp is Used as Completion Date of Program

When checking user learning history, the program completion date may be different from the completion date of items within it.
It is expected that the completion date of program should be the same as the item within it which is last completed.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Post learning history of all items in a program via LMS Odata API, or add to user's learning history from LMS Administration
2. Check user learning history
3. Note the program completion date is different from the completion date of item that is most recently completed

Program completion date is taken from the most recent update time of item completion, which is the timestamp that admin records the last remaining item.
Learning History report can be used to verify the program completion date is the same as the 'Last Update Time' of last item completion.
