3494367 - SAP Marketing - Contact CSV Import stucks due to TG locking

Importing Contacts via CSV interface is failing due to target group locking issues.

• SAP Marketing onPremise

1. Import contacts via the CSV interface and select the 'Create Target Group' option
2. via the Contacts app - Import Option
   
3. via the Data File Load app
   
   
   
4. Release the target group while the import is still running
   
5. Observe that the import stucks in process together with the following error
   
   

A static target group allows adding members when in status 'in preparation' - a released target group does not allow to add members. The error 'Target group $1 cannot be locked.' is issued as the target group is released and cannot be changed any more.

Please do not release the target group until the CSV import is finished.
