3494453 - IBP: How to check the reason why Communication User gets locked frequently

There is an 401 Unauthorized error in an external tool when trying to trigger an application job from IBP.
When checking the Communication User being used by the external job scheduling in Maintain Communication User app, the corresponding Communication User showing locked status.
In detail page, there is a reason saying the user is locked because of too many failed attempts.
