3494466 - Manager Field is Blank in Employee

You maintain a manager and employee in an organization but the manager field in the employee is blank. 

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Organizational Management work center
2. Go to the Org Strictures view
3. Open the Organization 123 (Where 123 refers to the Organization ID)
4. Go to the Employees tab
5. Maintain a Manager ABC (Where ABC refers to the Manager's name) and an Employee XYZ (Where XYZ refers to the Employee's name)
6. Go to People work center
7. Go to Employees view
8. Open Employee XYZ

Result: The Manager field is blank

Expected Result: Manager ABD is in the Manager field.

The Reporting Line tick box is not selected.

1. Go to the Organizational Management work center
2. Go to the Org Strictures view
3. Open the Organization 123 (Where 123 refers to the Organization ID)
4. Go to the Functions tab
5. Click Edit (a pencil icon) in the Reporting Line
6. Tick the box
7. Save
