3494555 - CDS views for purchase order /Purchase Requisition header text

The create purchase order app has trouble displaying header text when using the CDS View.

Missing functionality

• Access to Purchase Order header and item texts via API is not currently supported.
• There are no released standard APIs available to consume this information.
• This behavior is as designed in the current system.
• The requirement cannot be fulfilled using standard functionality at this time.
