Symptom
To make a connection between SAP Business ByDesign to power BI, this in order to be able to obtain all the information in real time and to be able to create reports from Power BI.
For example: The Empty Logistics areas needed within a report to be required to send to Power BI from SAP Business ByDesign.
To achieve this, is there any possibility to transmit the data from SAP ByDesign to PowerBI.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Physical Inventory
- Go to the new Logistic area count sub view under the common task view.
- Enter Storage Location ID in respective field.
- Choose Empty Logistics Area
- Select "GO" option.
- system you can able to see all Empty logistics areas.
Empty Logistics areas within a report must be sent to Power BI from SAP Business ByDesign.
Resolution
To export the data to Microsoft Excel, use Odata services to obtain all the information in real time.
