3494622 - Item description in the Manage Purchase Requisitions App

After entering a material ID when creating a Purchase Requisition in the app, the item description becomes greyed out, preventing further changes.

1. Open the "My Purchase Requisitions" app.
2. Start creating a new purchase requisition.
3. Enter a material ID for an item.
4. Observe that the item description field becomes greyed out and cannot be changed after entering the material ID.

When creating a Purchase Requisition (PR) or Purchase Order (PO), the description from the material master is used if it’s available. 

When creating a PO for items not listed in the material master, it is necessary to enter both text and a material group. There is no need to set the description field as a required or visible entry. Instead, ensure that no text is entered if a material number is provided.
