3494828 - Recruiting Posting applications UTC timezones migration - Recruiting Posting

Since the UTC migration of SuccessFactors datacenters, a discrepancy of time exist between SuccessFactors and Recruiting Posting. This discrepancy creates time difference of posting/unposting actions in Recruiting Posting compare to the actual request time made by the recruiter.

A delay of 1 hour (2h in summer) can happen to post the job on job board. This will also happen for unposting action where the action will occur 1h (2h in summer) before the actual end date.

This is due to the timezones difference between Recruiting Posting applications all located on CET and SuccessFactors datacenters all located on UTC timezones.

An enhancement by making a migration of all Recruiting Posting time clock applications will need to be done to resolve this issue. Due to the amount of work to perform such change in the applications, the enhancement is scheduled for the week of the release November 15th week).
