3495018 - Id not changing in Employee Profile during Rehire with New Employment - Onboarding

The user ID is not getting updated in "Rehire with New Employment."

Expected behavior

The ID informed in the employee profile is not the user id. 

For example, if the id is the person-id-external it will not be updated. 

You can check it going to Manage Business Configuration and finding the field, to check the id associated.
