3495076 - Not able to save changes made in a project in app 'Project Control - Enterprise Projects'

User is unable to save changes made in a project in app 'Project Control - Enterprise Projects'. When clicking on Save, project remains in Draft mode, and the only workaround is discard the draft.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition

1. Open app 'Project Control - Enterprise Projects';
2. Search for a project in which the issue is reproduced;
3. Change any information in the project;
4. Click on 'Save' and notice that the project will remain in Draft mode.

This behavior is a known product issue, that was already reported to the UI5 development team.

There is a fix planned for this issue, that will implement in a future UI5 release.

In the meantime, the following workaround should allow saving the changes made to the project:

1. Open app 'Project Control - Enterprise Projects';
2. Edit the project and make the necessary changes;
3. Click in Edit in (top-right corner) and select Project Planning;
4. The warning 'You've made changes to this object. What would you like to do?' will be displayed. Select Keep Draft > OK;
5. When Project Planning is opened, click on save.

After doing so, go back to app 'Project Control - Enterprise Projects' and notice that the changes will already be maintained in the project.
