3495087 - Real-time jobs are not available to add in Management Console Web Services - Data Services

• Some realtime services do not exist in the list available to add as a web service.
• Errors in RFC because these real-time services were not added to the WSDL.
• All real-time services jobs run successfully within designer when testing them.
• Real-time jobs can be added as real-time jobs in Management console, but some cannot be added as web services.
• Followed steps in the knowledge base article - 2181309 - Unable to add Real-Time Service to Web Services and still cannot add these particular real-time services.
• Created a brand new blank repository, imported the real-time jobs and tried to add them as web services and still faced the issue.
• Other real-time services were added successfully.
