3495096 - Field Missing in Mass Change Functionality

You are trying to massively update objects in the system using the Mass Change functionality, however you notice that some fields are missing.

In this case, we will take the Materials object as an example:

1. Go to the Product Portfolio work center.
2. Enter the By Materials view.
3. Perform the desired query for materials to be changed.
4. Click on the Mass Change button.

Here you notice that a specific field is missing.

The field may be hidden via adaptation.

In order to check all fields available for mass change, and control which fields appear, you can follow the below steps:

Note: These steps will also consider the Material object as an example.

1. Go to the Product Portfolio work center.
2. Enter the By Materials view.
3. Perform the desired query for materials to be changed.
4. Click on the Mass Change button.
5. Click on the avatar icon on the top-right of the screen.
6. Click on Key User Settings.
7. Click on Start Adaptation Mode.
8. On the right panel, enter the Unamed Table section of the screen.

Here you can control the fields which appear in the mass change screen for this specific object.
