3495111 - Company Structure Configuration not respecting settings - Employee Central

• The company structure configuration in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is not working as expected.
• Despite setting for bold and italic object names, the final appearance of the company structure does not reflect these settings.
• No error messages are encountered during this process.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Log into the instance and access Company Structure Overview.
2. Navigate to the configuration of structure "Test".
3. Click on Edit Layout.
4. Observe that code is in Italic and name is in bold.
5. Notice that these settings are not being respected in the card.

This issue is due to a code defect.

The issue will be fixed via a patch on 2405p16, which will be available on July 19th, 2024.
