Symptom
The Service Catalog Process provides you with a simplified method of requesting common and routine requests through a dedicated channel in SAP4me and facilitates the information gathering process through forms which require completion. Historically, these requests were made through cases, but going forward, SAP CDC team asks that if you need to make the following requests, that you please do so through a service request using the CDC Service Catalog, unless your request happens to be business critical (Please see “Requesting Services” section below).
