Reproducing the Issue

1. Assign business catalog 'SAP_CA_BC_RSH_RES_SCHED_PC' or business role 'SAP_BR_MAINTENANCE_PLNR_RSH' to user.

2. App 'Resource Scheduling for Maintenance Planners' not found in S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Cause

Scope item 43R (Maintenance Resource Scheduling) is not activated in system.

Resolution

There are prerequisites for using Resource Scheduling as below:

  • Resource scheduling requires a separate license. For more information, please get in touch with SAP Account Executive.
