• The subdomain does not map to a valid Identity zone
• uh oh. Something went amiss.

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2024.8.16

1. Open a browser window 
2. Navigate to the following URL to see the userName attribute: https://<system-name>.authentication.<landscape>.hana.ondemand.com/config?action=who&details=true
3. It returns the error messages:
   • The subdomain does not map to a valid Identity zone
   • uh oh. Something went amiss.

The <system-name> is incorrect.

Make sure you use the correct system in the URL https://<system-name>.authentication.<landscape>.hana.ondemand.com/config?action=who&details=true.
