3495168 - Collections don't display thumbnail image configured in Learning Administration

When searching for a collection in the Library, the default collection thumbnail image is displayed, instead of the new image configured in Learning Administration.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Learning Administration >
2. Access a Collection >
3. Upload thumbnail image to the collection selected >
4. Now access Learning as user >
5. Search for the collection in library >
6. Notice that the image displayed in the library is still the default collection image, and not the one configured in Learning Administration.

This happens because the showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally setting is not enabled in the system.

To display the correct images for collections, the "showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally"setting should be "true":

1. Learning Administration >
2. System Administratoin > Configuration > System Configuration >
3. LMS_ADMIN > "showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally" setting > Set it "true" >
4. Apply Changes.
