3495193 - How to restrict Processing Context value while creating maintenance request - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

By default, there are two options Emergence Work and Minor Work available for Maintenance Notification Processing Context while creating maintenance request. Need to remove one according to business requirement.

• Enterprise Asset Management

1. Enter app 'Create Maintenance Request'.

2. In General Data section, click dropdown of Notification Processing Context, two values Emergence Work and Minor Work are available by default.

3. Need to set restriction so user can only see one option according to business requirement.

Use restriction type IEXCP_MN (Notification Processing Context) and set value to 02 (Minor Work).

This restriction type is contained by business catalog SAP_EAM_BC_EXCP_MREQ_MNG_PC (EAM - Maintenance Notification Exception Process).
