1. Assign business role 'SAP_BR_MAINTENANCE_PLANNER' to user according to Fiori Library Maintenance Planning Overview.

2. App Maintenance planning Overview not found in S/4HANA Public Cloud.

The requested app 'Maintenance planning Overview' is only delivered with the "old" scope items(BH1, BH2 and BJ2) such as corrective or preventive maintenance process. Some customers moving into the public cloud before CE2302 are still running on those "old" scope items. ONLY for those customers, this app can be still used. 

Since you are using the "new" scope items(4HI,4HH..), technical reasons prevent you to access the requested app. Instead, we offer the Maintenance Backlog Overview app(F5105).
