3495213 - HANA User With User Admin Privilege Cannot Administer User Group

Symptom

You are using a HANA user which has USER ADMIN privilege to administer (manage, modify) a user group for example configure a parameter for all user group users.
You are getting the error: SAP DBTech JDBC: [258]: insufficient privilege: Detailed info for this error can be found with guid.

By referring to Resolve Insufficient Privilege Errors, you know your user is missing USERGROUP OPERATOR privilege on the user group.
