3495232 - Error "WSSecurityException:No crypto property file supplied for signature" and "WS exchange : Could not send Message" while sending message to CPI

Errors are observed below while sending messages to CPI:

• Exception when processing the WS exchange : Could not send Message.  

  Error DetailsInbound processing in endpoint at <iflow_endpoint> failed with message "SoapFault:faultstring=A security error was encountered when verifying the message; faultcode={http://ws.apache.org/wss4j}SecurityError", caused by "WSSecurityException:No crypto property file supplied for signature"

In LJS logs, the following errors may be observed
