3495250 - Incorrect Form Template Selected for Dunning Letter During Preview

1. Go to Receivables Work Center.
2. Go to Dunning view.
3. Select the Dunning ABC (where ABC refers to the Dunning ID).
4. Click on Preview.
5. Click on Dunning Letter.

In the Form Template Selection for the Dunning Letter, the rules are not maintained in the correct sequence.

To maintain the rules for Dunning Level 0, follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Navigate to the Form Template Selection view.
3. Search for the rule titled "Dunning Letter".
4. Select New.
5. Enter the form template code as "Reminder Letter" and choose the dunning strategy.
6. Click on Save and Close.

To maintain the rules for Dunning Levels 1 and 2, follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Navigate to the Form Template Selection view.
3. Search for the rule titled "Dunning Letter".
4. Select New.
5. Enter the form template code as "Dunning Letter" and choose the dunning strategy.
6. Check the box for "Dunning Notice Legally Effective".
7. Set the Max Dunning Level to either 1 or 2.
8. Click on Save and Close.

The preview of the Dunning Letter ABC will display the correct template.
