3495362 - Error "Failed to load the crypto provider" When Executing hdbkeystore Commands

You want to use hdbkeystore to manage the client key pairs (CKPs) as one step of client-side data encryption.
When you run hdbkeystore commands in hdbkeystore Utility | SAP Help Portal for example: hdbkeystore -p '<your_password>' List, you get error: Error: Failed to load the crypto provider.
