3495418 - Materials have purchasing info record but can not be processed in app 'Generate Source List'

Purchasing info record has been create and can be shown in app 'Manage Purchasing info records'.

But the supplier in Purchasing info record cannot found when generating source list in app 'Generate Source List'.

Message no. 06615 raised in app 'Generate Source List'.

1. The values of field 'Available From' and 'Available To' are not maintained.
2. Or the simulation date is out of the period of 'Available From' and 'Available To'.
3. Or this material in material master MRP2 has the flag 'Procurement Type' = E.

• Please maintain correct Available period in Purchasing Info Records and ensure the simulation date is within the duration.
• For the material in material master MRP2 has the flag 'Procurement Type' = E. This means the material is being procured in-house and in the coding this type of procurement is not selected for 'Generate Source List'. This app is used for mass creation, which many customers use in background or as job and for performance reasons we filter those materials out, as it normally makes no sense to create source list entries for materials which are to be procured internally.
