3. Select Create New
4. Select Create New Job Requisition From Blank Template

This is a known limitation.

The Job requisition page currently has a known limitation when validating required fields and noting these fields for accesibility users.

Our engineering and product teams are aware of this limitation and they are working to enhance the whole page and provide a better user experience.
