3495616 - EWM Dump due to Incorrect Number Range Configuration

Symptom

• Activation of an Inbound Delivery Notification (IDN) or if there is no IDN, Inbound delivery creation results in a system dump.
• The error message "ASSERTION_FAILED" is displayed, originating from the ABAP Program /SCDL/CL_BO_MANAGEMENT========CP.
• The system fails to find the number range 01 or 02 for object /SCDL/PRD.
