• Users are not syncing between BizX and IAS
• IPS Sync Job is not picking up users and the error logs are showing no information

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Log into Instance
2. Create new user via Employee Import
3. Sync users from BizX to IAS via IPS sync 
4. Notice users are not transferred to IAS

• The sync job has not been ran since the user was added
• The set property 'ips.trace.failed.entity.content' is not set to 'true', preventing additional information from the logs to appear

• Set the property to be 'true' in the target and source system
• Reran the IPS sync job
•
