3495676 - Users are not being synced from SuccessFactors to IAS

• Users are not syncing between BizX and IAS
• IPS Sync Job is not picking up users and the error logs are showing no information
• A new user is unable to login to SuccessFactors via IAS

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Create new user
2. Sync users from BizX to IAS via IPS sync 
3. Notice users are not transferred to IAS

• The sync job has not been ran since the user was added
• The set property 'ips.trace.failed.entity.content' is not set to 'true', preventing additional information from the logs to appear

1. Enable Detailed Error Logging: Set the property ips.trace.failed.entity.content to be 'true' in the target and source system
   
   
   
   
2. Go to the Jobs tab and rerun the IPS sync job.
3. Monitor Job Execution under Identity Provisioning > Provisioning Logs to track the job’s progress.
4. Once the job is finished, open it and download the error logs
5. Analyze failed records:
   • Search for the affected users within the logs
   • Identify the root cause of the synchronization failure
   • Copy the error message
6. Search for KBAs using the error message in Services & Support - SAP for Me for relevant troubleshooting KBAs.
