3495724 - Unavailability of Data Extraction View for Custom CDS View External API in SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Symptom

You're trying to add a CDS View as data source when creating a Custom CDS View of type "External API" and it's not available, even after removing all default filters.
The View Browser shows it as "Released"
The View is of type "Data Extraction"
