3495743 - Address Field (Street Number) does not match with the KiwiSaver (KS2) New Zealand form - Onboarding

Field "Street Number" is missing on the Compliance UI for KiwiSaver, however the same appears once we click on link "Refer to KiwiSaver Deduction Form" and are redirected to the Sample Form from the Website.

Compliance Forms Address Data Model

Our country compliance forms reuse address data (Home type) from the Employee Central (EC) entity, collected during the Personal Data Collection (PDC) or New Hire Data Review (NHDR) steps. We adhere to the EC address data model for all our compliance forms to ensure seamless integration across systems.

New Zealand KS2 Form Address Mapping

For the New Zealand KS2 form, we follow the same EC address data model for address field mappings. Introducing new fields for pre-filled data is not an option because:

• We cannot write back to the EC entities.
• There are no corresponding fields in the EC entities to hold this data.

Address Mapping Details in KS2 Form

• Suffix and Title: Removed from the address.
• Street and House Number (EC field): Mapped to "Street address" or "PO Box number" in the KiwiSaver form.
• Suburb (EC field): Mapped to "Suburb," "Box lobby," or "RD number" in the KiwiSaver form.
• Street Number (KiwiSaver form): Not mapped to any EC field, so it will be left blank in the form. We do not have a dedicated field in EC that holds this data.
