3495763 - Application error in Intelligent Services Center (ISC)

When accessing Intelligent Services Center or an event, the error pops up  "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support if the issue keeps occurring"

This is a temporary application error in Intelligent Services Center and disappears after a few hours.

As one of the possible root causes, our Operations team advised it is caused by a communication issue with the External Event Subscriber IGS microservices.
