3495771 - Crystal report schedule fails at File sytem destination with "destination file error. [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]:"

Symptom

  • Crystal report scheduling fails with the error "destination file error. [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]" when using a file system destination.
  • Scheduling Webi reports works fine.
  • This problem only happens with Crystal reports.
  • Adding the Destination_AllowList.txt did not fix the issue.
  • Including the destination in the whitelist parameter of the Adaptive Job Server (AJS) also did not solve the problem.
