Symptom
This article outlines the new categories that gets enabled in Outlook when you enable the SSI in V2 systems.
Environment
SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2
Resolution
After the first successful synchronization (Mailbox Initialization step), the product applies the custom categories with the following labels:
- Account
- Individual Customer
- Error in SAP Sales Cloud
- SAP Sales Cloud
Additional clarifications:
- Email or Appointment items categorized with "SAP Sales Cloud" will be forced to be processed by the sync engine.
- Contact marked with "SAP Sales Cloud" on the following sync session will be automatically moved to the "SAP Contact" folder in the left pane and synchronized with CRM.
- Contact marked with "Account" on the following sync session will be automatically moved to the "SAP Accounts" folder in the left pane and synchronized with CRM.
- Contact marked with "Individual Customer" on the following sync session will be automatically moved to the "SAP Individual Customer" folder in the left pane and synchronized with CRM.
