3496049 - Filtering by Planning Account in the Promotions work centre does not return the correct results

When filtering by Planning Account in the Promotions work centre, multiple Promotions not containing the Planning Account are shown.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales Campaign WC -> Promotions view
2. Select the Advanced Search filter 
3. Set Account Type as Hierarchy Node 
4. Choose any Planning Account to filter by

Result: multiple Promotions are shown which do not contain the Planning Account selected in the filter

There is no parent Account maintained for the Planning Account. For fetching data with a combination of Account Type and Planning Account, a parent Account must be maintained in the Planning Account.  

This is the expected behaviour of the system.
