3496160 - Error REBDRO013 "Rental object is assigned to contracts (number: &1)" SARA archive run for RE-FX object

Symptom

When archiving in transaction SARA (writing), a rental space leads to the error message: 

REBDRO013 Rental object is assigned to contracts (number: &1)

However it is expected, that the write run is possible, as assigned contract has a „delete indicator".
