3496200 - The recipients didn't receive the message even if it's shown as "Sent" or "Transmitted" in SAP system

Symptom

The recipients didn't receive the Email or FAX which sent from SAP system.

  • In SOST, the status "Transmitted" or "Sent" and the corresponding Message Number (Msg) is XS73 or XS718.
  • In Display Email Transmissions App, the status is "Sent".
