3496213 - Documented credit decision is not gnerated due to missing reponsibility defintions

Symptom

Error messages in the consistency check job:- 

  • Function CLR_APPR does not exist. 
  • Function CR_ANALYST does not exist. 
  • Assignment of function profile UKM_CLR to function CLR_APPR is missing. 
  • Assignment of function profile UKM_BP to function CR_ANALYST is missing. 
  • Team type missing for category UKM_CLR 
  • Team type missing for category UKM_BP 
  • No function profile was assigned to team category UKM_CLR. 
  • No function profile was assigned to team category UKM_BP. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to App Schedule Credit Management Jobs.
  2. Schedule the job template for Consistency Checks.
  3. Select the check box for "Check Customizing Settings"
  4. Check and schedule the job.
  5. The errors are displayed in the job logs.

Resolution

The error messages are self-explanatory. You can use the following SSCUIs to define the missing settings.

  1. Use SSCUI "Define Functions" (ID 101065) to define the missing functions.
  2. Use SSCUI "Define Function Profiles" (ID 101067) to define the missing function profiles and assign the function to the function profile.
  3. Use SSCUI "Define Team Types" (ID 101066) to define the missing team types.
  4. Use SSCUI "Assign Function Profiles to Team Category" (ID 102165) to assign a team category to a profile.
