3496243 - Sublevel changing back to 0 in Odata Adapter query wizard

Symptom

In the OData V2 and SuccessFactors OData V2 adapter query wizard, the POST operation is selected. The XSD Generation is not checked, and when a sublevel other than 0 is chosen from the sublevels dropdown, it automatically switches back to 0.
