3496327 - Pre and Post actions not executed for copy quote action in C4C

Pre and post actions are not executed when copy action is executed in Cloud for Customer.

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ integrated with Cloud for Customer

1. Open CPQ developer console
2. Log in C4C
3. Go to Sales Quotes
4. Select a Quote
5. Go to more and copy
6. Input the necessary information
7. Save and Open
8. Check in Developer console the post action was not executed.

By default pre and post actions are not executed for copy action in C4C.

Case should be submitted to SAP CPQ Support Team to enable the pre and post actions for copy action in C4C.
