• (ONB) Where To Go email template do no trigger on New Hire Data change from Onboarding Dashboard > Actions > New Hire Data.

    • Recipient Builder: Onboarding Activity Role-based Recipient Builder
      • Roles: Onboarding Activities Assignee
      • Activity Type: Update New Hire's Day 1 Location
  • (ONB) Where To Go updated Template
    • Trigger: (ONB) Where To Go updated Trigger
    • Recipient Builder: Onboarding Activity Role-based Recipient Builder
      • Roles: Onboardee
      • Activity Type: Update New Hire's Day 1 Location

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Goto onboardee record
2. Actions > New Hire Data
3. Change Hire Date
4. Fill out mandatory data if any
5. Submit
6. Go to Email Services > Email Status
7. No email triggered.

Expected Behavior:

• Both (ONB) Where To Go Trigger and (ONB) Where To Go updated Trigger are dependent on the 'Update New Hire’s Day 1 Locations' task.
• It won't trigger on Start Date Change from the Onboarding Dashboard > Actions > New Hire Data.

The system is working as designed.

• The (ONB) Where To Go Template is triggered whenever the New Hire Tasks are created/triggered to the candidates.
• The (ONB) Where To Go updated Template is triggered when the 'Update New Hire’s Day 1 Locations' task is completed for the new hire.
