3496419 - Buyer users cannot sign in using the new hyperscaler URL due to Error: cannot connect to the server

Symptom

  • I am a buyer user and when I try to sign into the US hyperscaler environment with the new URL I get Error: We cannot connect to the server
  • New hyperscaler URL is not working and we do not use Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • We are preparing to transition to the new Hyperscaler URL. I tested the new URL, and it is not working. Please let us know why new URL isn't working yet and if we should should hold on requested actions until this is fixed.
  • We did not receive a Migration Date Assigned email.
