3496422 - No Drag and Drop Functionality for Adding Resumes/CVs to New Candidates - Recruiting Management

• Unable to Drag and Drop resumes/CVs while adding a new candidate.
• It downloads the file instead of uploading the resume.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting > Candidates.
2. Add Candidate > Add a Single Candidate.
3. Fill in required information and Create Profile
4. On the page opened, try to Drag and Drop a file on the Upload Resume pop-up.
5. Instead of uploading it, it opens a new page to download the file.

This is an expected behavior with the Fiori Horizon changes in SFFileUpload Component.

Currently, there is no Drag and Drop functionality available for uploading resumes/CVs to candidate profiles.

This is a common component and it would impact multiple pages in SuccessFactors. To request a change for the feature, it is recommended to submit it as an enhancement idea to the Customer Influence Page. Refer to the KBA 2090228 for more information.
